Our Management Team has worked and supported children in Out of Home care for over 30 years. We understand what’s needed to better support the Organisations we partner with and the children and young people in care. BridgingWorx uses situational role plays as part of the Recruitment and Induction process in a classroom setting which gives you the candidate a better understanding of what to expect when faced with trauma or complex behaviours.
